Description

Job Requirements:- 1- Review and define current and future staffing needs against the business growth strategy. 2- Processes the recruitment operation. Includes handling of personnel requisitions, screening applications and preliminary interviews. 3- Devises, runs and evaluates the applicants through selection processes including interviews, personality questionnaires and various group activities. 4- Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports, such as turnover reports, manpower status reports, etc. 5- Ensure all accepted candidates files are received verified and submitted to the respective departments for processing of their employee file in line with Company Policy and Procedures. 6- Develop position description and be able to provide a snapshot of the competitive market and compensation levels. 7- Devises, runs and evaluates the applicants through selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, Personality questionnaires and various group activities. Required qualification:- Education:- Bachelor degree in related discipline, HR Certificate in preferred. Experience:- from 4 to 6 years of experience in the career. Language:- Arabic & English Nationality:- Local, GCC and Arab.
